There is a 2014 roster being worked on for NCAA Football 14 on the PS3. It seems to be near completion. I haven't personally inspected it yet but I've heard its pretty good. I'll keep you guys posted on the latest developments and when it is ready for dynasty play.

There is a roster out that has updated freshmen and removed seniors. I can't say that it is great but it is decent if you have to have something right now.
